Op's over. Just waiting to go and see him. They're making him comfortable. I was all prepared for a much longer op - much better this way. It really was minimum time - got a call from icu at 4.30 to say they were preparing for his arrival.
Hope to get to speak to surgeon soon to find out what's what!
